Registration
- February 1st, 2023. Registration opens. Early bird discounted rate ISK 33.000
- June 10th, 2023. Full registration rate ISK 46.000
- October 11th On- site registration fee ISK 52.000
Please note that all prices are shown in the local currency, the Icelandic Krona (ISK). You can find a currency converter here to see the price rate in other currencies.

SOCIAL PROGRAM
- Conference dinner in Harpa (Norðurljós)* – 12 October 19:00–23:00
*This dinner is optional and not included in the registration fee

- All payments are on-line credit card payments
- Accepted credit cards are: VISA and MasterCard

Cancellation policy
- Notification of cancellation should be sent to the conference managment team at Sena: nmm2023@sena.is
- Cancellation made before August 15, 2023 will be charged a service fee of ISK 8000
- For cancellations made after August 15, 2023, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made
- The organizers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations
