Roger Olofsson Bagge is an Associate professor at the Institute of Clinical Sciences at Sahlgrensska Academy. He is also a Senior consultant surgeon, the Head of Breast and Melanoma Surgery at the Department Surgery and the Director of Sahlgrenska Breast Cancer Center at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital.

He has a research group including both clinical and pre-clinical research within Wallenberg Centre where the focus is translational cancer research, mainly malignant melanoma and breast cancer.
